  • How Do I Register/ Create An Account?

    Before checking out, there is a prompt to create an account.

    You can create an account either through Facebook or manually. 

    For Facebook, click on the link and follow the prompts. 

    For manual entry, fill in the information, create password, and click register. 

  • What Happens If My Product Is Out-of-Stock?

    If the item you ordered is out-of-stock or backordered, you will be contacted in order to provide possible options and/or a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).

  • When Can I Expect My Back Ordered Product?

    If the item you ordered is on back order you can expect your product typically within a few week. You will be notified of more exact date once we are aware.

  • How Do I Check My Recent Order(s)?

    With an account, you can check on your previous and current orders with us. 

    To manage this feature or even do a quick reorder, go to you dashboard to view your account. 

  • How Do You Ship My Order?

    We ship using USPS Priority Mail and USP Ground.

  • How Soon Will My Order Ship?

    Your order will ship same day if placed before 4PM or next day if placed after 4PM. within 24 hours after your order. If an order is placed after Friday 4PM, your order will not be processed until the following Monday. Please expect longer fulfilment times during holidays.
